Pear Brown “Rachel”
Pear Brown Betty
1 Pear peeled and cubed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp splenda or sugar
2 tsp water
1 zip lock bag
1/8th cup Kind Cinnamon Oat Clusters Granola
2 Tbs Cool Whip
 
Cube pear, place in bag, add cinnamon, cornstarch, splenda and water and seal it. Cook 2 minutes in microwave. Put half of the granola on the bottom of the dish, pour pears over it, sprinkle remaining granola on top. Top with Cool whip.
 
******You can use an apple instead of a pear if you prefer.
